Due to past incidents, we at Croft Spa are now implementing a strict Health and Safety Policy. This along with the Pool Rules must be adhered to, there will be no exceptions.

Single swimmers must be physically fit with no medical conditions that may impede your ability to swim alone. its your responsibility as a solo swimmer.

For all of our customers health and safety we require a minimum of 1 competent person to be responsible for there group these is usually the person thats has book the swimming session.

 This is due to there being no lifeguard, this is so if any one person gets in to difficulty or has a medical emergency, there is someone competent to assist and deal with the situation.

Adult to Child Ratio (No Exceptions):
Maximum of 2 Infants (Aged 0-4) per Adult
Maximum of 4 Children (Aged 5-12) per Adult

No outdoor footwear in and around the pool and changing rooms. Take footwear off at the door and leave on the coat and shoe rack.

Maximum group size of 10 people

Includes all adults and children/infants

No children’s parties

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone not complying with our rules and or health and safety policies. No refunds will be given.
