Due to past incidents, we at Croft Spa are now implementing a strict Health and Safety Policy. This along with the Pool Rules must be adhered to, there will be no exceptions.

For all of our customers health and safety we require a minimum of 2 competent persons per session booked. This is made up of 1 adult over the age of 18 and 1 minimum 13 year old.

Due to there being no lifeguard, this is so if any one person gets in to difficulty or has a medical emergency, there is someone competent to assist and deal with the situation.

Adult to Child Ratio (No Exceptions):
Maximum of 2 Infants (Aged 0-4) to 2 Adults
Maximum of 4 Children (Aged 5-12) to 2 Adults

No outdoor footwear in and around the pool and changing rooms. Take footwear off at the door and leave on the coat and shoe rack.

Maximum group size of 6 people

Includes all adults and children/infants

No children’s parties

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone not complying with our rules and or health and safety policies. No refunds will be given.
